Employment Points of Interest
In order to provide the highest level of customer service possible, it is an expectation of employment that all employees are to be in attendance at work as scheduled.
Employees are to ensure their full understanding of the Attendance Support Program, attendance requirements of Lanark County, and the reporting expectations when absenteeism occurs.
Employees are expected to schedule personal appointments outside of their scheduled hours of work, where possible.
Employees who require time-off without pay for personal reasons may be granted this time at the discretion of their supervisor and subject to operational requirements.
