Archives Lanark

Archives Lanark, located in the former Drummond Township Office near the hamlet of Drummond Center, is an independent non-profit organization which provides a wealth of information based on the Land Records showing transactions from the Crown to the 1980's, cemetery transcriptions, indexed census, church records, family histories, original newspapers and Tweedsmuir Histories from disbanded W.I. Branches. Volunteers assist researchers from all over North America searching for their family roots as well as local people and school children documenting the history of their farms ,villages and families.
