The 2016 Lanark County public works construction program includes 72 kilometres of roads being rehabilitated or treated as part of the ongoing pavement preservation program.
The total construction budget for this year is $7.2 million. Federal gax tax funding covers $1.8 million of these costs.
Each year we assess the entire road system and make a list of priorities as part of our planning process. The projects are approved by council on an annual basis.
For specifics on 2016 projects, please review the project list and maps located on the right hand menu of this page.
